You may withdraw from your purchase, in whole or in part, within 100 days of receiving your order. You can return the unwanted item to our central warehouse yourself. It is also possible to return the items via a Dille & Kamille store. In that case, you do not have to pay return costs. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after withdrawal. Please note: you will not receive the purchase amount back directly in the store.
