If you want to return (part of) your order, you need to register your return via the following link: Returnista.
When registering your return, you can choose how you want to return the package:

• Return in one of our stores - Free

1. Enter your email address and order number.
2. Select the products you want to return and provide a reason.
3. Choose Instore drop-off.
4. View the overview of our stores. 

Please note, we can only accept your return in the store if you have registered it in advance via the above link. After you have handed in your order in one of our stores and a colleague has accepted it, you will receive a confirmation email of your return within 5 working days. 

• Return by post

1. Enter your email address and order number.
2. Select the products you want to return and provide a reason.
3. Check the overview, choose the carrier and package size, pay the return costs and confirm.
4. Receive an email with further instructions. 

Keep the track & trace carefully. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
