You can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores, provided that the products are in stock there.

1. Add the items for Click & Collect to your shopping basket.
2. Then fill in your details at checkout and select the option ‘Collect in store’ under ‘Delivery’ and then click on ‘Collect at a Dille & Kamille store’. *Note: Collection is only possible for orders worth at least €19.90 and if the items are in stock at the store you have chosen.
3. Select the store where you would like to collect your order and proceed to ‘Payment’.
4. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from our web shop. Keep this safe: it contains an order number that you will need when you come to collect your order.
5. When your order is ready in the store, you will receive a collection confirmation via email. From that moment on, you can collect your order in our Dutch stores every day within regular opening hours. Make sure to have the collection confirmation handy so we can assist you properly!
