- Add the item you have chosen to your shopping basket by clicking on the black button with the text 'Add to Cart'. You can access the page with all your selected items via the bag icon in the top right corner of your screen. Here you can also indicate if you want to order multiple copies of the same item. Click on the black button 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- In the first step of the ordering process, we ask for your details. Have you ordered before from the Dille & Kamille web shop and created an account? Then you can log in with the email address and password you provided earlier. Are you a new customer at the Dille & Kamille web shop or have you not created an account? Then fill in your name and address on this screen. Of course, we will handle your personal information confidentially (see our privacy policy for this). Finally, click on the black button 'To delivery'.
- In the third step 'How would you like to receive your order?' you can choose whether you want your order delivered or to pick it up at a collection point or in the store. It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address than your own address (billing address), for example, if you want to send a gift. To do this, click on the link 'Change' found in the green bar with the address you provided earlier as delivery address.
- Complete your order by clicking on the 'Continue with ordering' button. After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your invoice is attached to the confirmation email. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive another email from us with a link to the Track & Trace code of your order.
