As soon as we have received your letter, we will respond substantively to your question or complaint within 14 days.
If we have still not been able to assist you satisfactorily, you can of course always submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague. You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
