All items are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you have purchased an item where this is not the case, we will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the item and in consultation with you, we will do this through repair or replacement. Please contact customer service for this.
Please send an email to customerservice@dille-kamille.com with the following information:
- A photo of the item
- In which store the item was purchased
- For an online purchase: your order number
- For a purchase in one of our stores: date of purchase
- The item number and/or item name
- Whether you would like to receive a new item or prefer a refund
If the problem with the item is your own fault, you are not entitled to free repair or replacement. If you have used the item normally but it has simply worn out, you are also not entitled to free repair or replacement.
In addition to the statutory warranty, certain items come with a manufacturer's warranty. A manufacturer's warranty is an additional guarantee provided by the importer or manufacturer. More information about any manufacturer's warranty can be found in the documentation of the item. The manufacturer's warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.
