We will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We may delay the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method as your order, including the standard shipping costs and/or other charges. In the case of a partial return, the shipping and other costs will not be refunded.
