Have you received a damaged or broken item?
That is of course very annoying! If we have not received the information below, please send us an email to customerservice@dille-kamille.com with the following:
- A picture of the article
- Your order number
- The article number
- Indicate if you want to receive a new article or if you want your money back.
You do not have to return the damaged item to us, unless it is slightly damaged. Based on the picture we will see if we can send the article to our partner Terre des Hommes. If you have already provided us with the above information, you do not have to do this again. We will do our best to answer your e-mail as soon as possible.
